Too much Workload and salary deductions every month and auditors talk in a very rude way. They don't understand that the person is unwell and she worked for the whole day because they don't have much staff, on the other hand also applied unpaid leave for that day which is very frustrating.

Nothing as such , but that clinic coordinator was very good she knew that I don’t deserve that company she always supported me to apply at better places.

Dislikes

First, salary they hire people without proper education qualifications for job roles , just want cheap labours. Second, the work as I was working a skin practitioner most of the machines are not even in proper working conditions they just want money from customers that’s all. Most of their clinics are situated in tier 1 cities, the basic salary they offer is just 18k and it’s very difficult for a normal person exists that much low salary . Such a worst example they are setting in beauty industry and because of this skilled people are getting de motivated.

The manager, skin practitioners and other sales managers were nice.

...all in all I was just a TELE-CALLER cum RECEPTIONIST cum CLINIC COORDINATOR. All for the measly salary of a sales manager. They deducted 3000 rupees for my uniform in the 1st month. Despite working there for more than 3 months, my uniform hadn’t been given to me. I felt like I was in a pressure cooker cuz all everyone talked about was SALES, SALES and more SALES. No one was concerned about patient results, client satisfaction or reputation of the clinic.

...ction taken. Infact they do recovery from new employee who had no clue about it. They don't give last salary slips and relieving letter when you leave the organisation. Worst experience.

It was very challenging as i have worked with sone very gud management. So experience is fine.. But really enjoyed these 2 years

I would say lack of management and Facilities they provide to their staff with salary and services.
