There is more people who are friendly and nice environment to work and develop your skills they are leading in the refrigeration and chiller field with more innovative way to achieve target

Nothing much it's better if they provide lunch facility at cafeteria and safe parking facility for our bikes

The management is flexible in their attitude and due to less overheads situations are relatively easy to manage, unlike the other American firms of the Industry.

Dislikes

The paradigm shift of distributing responsibilty and auhtority to various level of the management pyramid has not seen the daylight yet. Here the structure is more beuracratic .
