After coming out from my old parent company JBBoda, with the team feeling good for sometime subsequently one by one start going out due to hectic pressure. New personnel not know much about our work nature, they do not want to take any responsibility, as a back office executive i did my work sincerely. As far as training, learning scope is not high as should be, work environment is also not happy, Internal politics is always there is every organisation.

Dislikes

compensation and growth is not upto the mark but work pressure is too high due to people who donot understand the nature of work. Though i am showing lot of interest and dedication but no value end of the year.
