Worst experience. Unprofessional, unethical company. They have hired me as a full time employee on a fixed salary and now after 1 month they are not paying my salary and fired me by saying your performance is not up to the mark according to their criteria. As a SEO they will give you only 1 task of doing competitors backlink analysis and then create backlinks on defined parameters by them. I followed the same procedure and worked. At the time of joining they said it will be a 15 days trial and if we don't like your work we will discontinue, they have reviewed my work after 15 days and asked me for minimum number of backlinks that I will create in a month so I told them ok I will try to create 35 quality backlinks as per their criteria. I have created 25-25 backlinks for 2 projects and they rejected my work. Now they are saying you have not achieved your commitment so we will not pay you full salary. They have not told me at the time of hiring and after 15 days that they will pay on the basis of how many backlinks you will create. This is only there fraud tactics of getting work done for free for a month and then fire the candidate. They are doing unprofessional, unethical behaviour of hiring people and not paying them.

I have been working in this company from past 2.5 years I have personally involved and learn too much in this company along with spending a good time. I have got regular increments along with the recognition in the company. Also, I would say here you can have work life balance along with learning and developing new skill sets.

Beware of Click Retina's Unethical Practices I recently joined Click Retina after successfully completing three rounds of interviews. However, despite joining the company and working diligently, I was abruptly terminated just seven days after, with the reason given that my performance was not satisfactory. This decision came as a shock, as most companies have a probation period of 3-6 months to assess an employee’s performance and adapt to the new environment. In my case, I was not given any fair opportunity to prove myself or receive any constructive feedback. This treatment feels like nothing short of employee harassment. A company that dismisses its employees within such a short period, without adequate support or guidance, clearly has no regard for the well-being of its staff. Such behavior creates a toxic environment, and it’s disheartening to see an organization operate in such an unprofessional and unethical manner. I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others considering employment with Click Retina. No employee should have to face such unjust treatment, and companies like these should be held accountable for their actions. I strongly urge Click Retina to reconsider its approach toward employee management to prevent future employees from enduring the same mistreatment. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments.
