The company is not ready to support employees during Covid-19, they cut approx. 70-80 salary of some employees and some they are laying off. this is worst time to work in this company. I will never suggest to work in this company.

...ness of your email or messages even higher management people don't want to work. also they give only basic salary during 3 months notice period.

Overall company's culture is good however work culture of report team is worst. Worst experience to work with this team specially with the manager like tapan shah and hetal parekh. Overall company's work timing is flexible but this team has there different rule they will force u to come on strict timing

Dislikes

-Salary -hr will only listen to there 10 to 15 year old employees even though they are wrong. You will be unheard if you are new. -Team politics.

Cliantha Research is well established organisation. They offer employees a stable and supportive environment. The regular training and workshops provided contribute significantly to the professional growth and the job security is at the company is reassuring. The HR team is supportive, contributing positive work environment.

...ent in achieving work life balance, specifically with current 6 days work week. Compensation packages might not meet the industry standards. Remote work systems which is common in the industry might not be provided. Some employees note that there could be more autonomy in their role.

I'm working with cliantha research and the good thing about this company to maintain the work balance throughout the financial year this is very important thing for every CROs I'm really appreciate to thi company for unbiased culture and rutine award function to for appreciate the employees for their hard work.

Salary part is very weak of this company. They hire the candidates at very low margin salary. The salary benchmark of thi company is too baad management is not employees friendly.

... organization who tries to be with or abreast of new technology, science always. Travel policy amongst the best in industry, Salary requires to be negotiated, work culture is similar to all other Indian organizations that are family held businesses. Appraisal not so attractive. No work life balance.

Groupism, being obstinate, a bit less flexible.
