Middle management is screwed, job security is a concern here. HR even doesn't bother to help employees, work culture is pathetic. Not a place for someone with good experience as 7-8 years plus, only suitable for freshers level ones.

Dislikes

• Plays with future of freshers. • No guarantee of FTE even after successfully completing their test before deadline. • Judge you based on the certificates not the knowledge you have. • No value of CleverTap Internships in Industry. • Since this is more towards training, means you won't work on companies project thats why you won't get any industry knowledge for DevOps.

Company Culture Work life balance Product to learn Customer facing role, thus, helps in communication.

Dislikes

After a certain period, there is not much to learn about the product, unless we are in the development team.

The exposure to the latest in technology that drives growth, wide exposure to disciplines. The learning curve is steep and steady. Strong sales, success and marketing motion and backed by a decent product/tech team

Dislikes

A little whimsical at times and need to slow down to validate which of the experiments to scale and which to climb back from without a scientific method to measure success or failure
