The pro is very friendly environment, motivation every day by everyone, Con no fixed salary, in name of ENTERPENEUR they take work & ask young adults to beg for charity they play mind games, they simply are not good enough to earn money, people who beg for them in name of human commerce, that is wrong, Best tip if you are in break or inn mood don't join the company till u don't get charity u don't get money it takes 3 months to understand this scam better than this u can work for bpo, they always neglect bpo & desk job playing with the mind of the people
