I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Working environment & culture is good , teammates and management is supportive

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about working at this company but one bad thing I would like to share here is there's no yearly salary hike and bonus policy in the company...
