They hold your salary without any reason there salary date didn't confirmed as you should be relative of someone who will save your job. Only things they make false promise and your job didn't secure working hours mostly 12 hrs a day They hire and fire insulting and dening, holding salary is the nature. If someone took a frame they cut your salary and after all deduction and fines you beleive why i am here !

Cleardekho company is lala company you should be relative of any ceo or manager so you will be survive managers treated as executive never recommended such company to anyone

...eople and after delivering successful 32 stores in company within the span of 1.8 years I have been terminated because my colleagues not got the salary so he rebellion to the company and who so ever was in his resignation mail cc those all have been terminated bull shit company

bhai berojgaar rehelo pr yha mt aao . i join as a graphic designer here i got terminate after 2 month without extra salary . without any reason they fire 72 employee in a second.

The budget, investment for biz model is good.

They hire for foco model, but after 1 month only they will divert you in another model, which is totaly un accepteble in the market. They offering very very less amount in return.Regional manager will play a very clever role in terms of supporting.

Nothing to like in this company, No one can work in this kind of toxic environment, Even if the Management (Family Employees) want you to kick out from the company, They can easily kick out to you without providing you the experience letter and salary details. You have no proofs that you have given your time to such a d***c company.

I can write whole day about dislikes for this company. Narrow minded Management - They want to work like a daily labourers. I can tell you one incident, I am leading a team of E-commerce and they are doing very well, performing all the task up to date, they came office between 9 to 9:15 am and if required they are always happy to strech their shift but The CEO wants me to hold them in a office till 8 pm, at the time of leaving 6:30pm they want me to schedule a meeting with them for 1 hour. Now you can judge the mentality of this management and this company. Even though, he fires immediate 4 people from my team just to raise their voices about the incentives they promised, only 2000 rs incentive per head that too was not given to them after achieving all the sales target.
