Salary will get on time , apart from that there is nothing to say special..

Company change there policy at any time , recently they changed the notice period from 2 months to 3 month's , no proper weekoff for onsite resources, no salary hike , no over work money but have to do overwork as it's related to production, No proper night shift allowance, they treat the on-site resources very cheap like we didn't exist. Still struggling being there on clayfin

The company is product based and provide internet web application to bank both retails and corporate. As security tester we can learn so many things in this sector. It was my dream to work in banking domain now i full filled my dream with this company.

Compensation is decent, work culture is same and growth also same.

Please don't join in this company because it's very worst. They don't even treat you as a person it's like they're treating you very bad. If you join here then obviously they will spoil your careers as well as.

Toxic work culture & micro-management. Senior are mentally, emotionally harass you.

skill development is the only good thing, I learned technologies.

Weekends - NO Work life balance - ZERO Hikes - never expect Worked around 3 years. worked more then 2 team and handled more than 3 projects on the same time. during urgent worked 36 hrs continues, no appreciation but complaints. Management should understood the value of the good employees.

Nothing likely. Just average! This is something better than not having a job at all.

A lot is there, no appraisal for me for the past 2 years and not scope of growth. Due to personal circumstances, I’ve been still sticking on here. Else I’d have moved a long back.
