ClassReady is completely fraud. In offer letter they use to mention some clause deduction of 35,000/- and they use to fire employee at any time without informing. They don't invest in marketing only pressuring employees to bring business. I recommend not to join this compi

Work culture was toxic Abhinav (Founder) and Sandeep (Manager) don't have manners to talk sometime they used to abuse employees. No professionalism at all.

Pls read carefully: The company is giving instant promotions to those who perform well The focus on each student is amazing, the founder personally spends 2 hours everyday talk about kids The sales flow has a bit pressure but what place doesnt I live clubhouse events

I dont like how its work from home, want to interact more with the colleagues We recently met the founders in a personal meet It was Amazon

I like that it is a challenging job and we get to create lesson plans on uniquely positioned learning ideas. Also interactions with the learning heads is always a learning experience.

Okay, so it's a lot of work. We have to reach out to 50-60 parents everyday. But as our founder says, the more people we interact with now; the more clarity we have as a sales and marketer in our early days. It's hectic, it's sometimes demotivating but it's definitely fun.
