All dislikes, moody management, every day decision changes, board time management no value. Arrogant and proud .

... The only problem is situation get keep changing as per management comfort zone. You never know when things will go wrong and you will pay for it. Overall it's mix kind of experience so far.

Doesn't have value of personal life. No time bond planning and don't know how to say No if u can't meet the time line due to customer own mistakes

the company gives good opportunities to youth in the development and research work and doesn't follow the hierarchical procedure for raising any concerns. One can directly talk to the management when needed and management is also open to talk to and listen each and every employee.

Dislikes

No job security specially at staff level. Many great things are picturised during interview which is not the reality after you get to know the company within a month. Will give you the liberty to work as you want and use your own logic but at the end it will work the way boss want's it to happen. And there are many puppets of the main boss in this company which won't allow the new guys to do anything.

Classic Stripes Pvt. Ltd. Such a good company and this is great place to work. I learned a lot of thing here.There is good working environment and familiar atmosphere.

It is a jungle rule style company, where People are actually fighting for office stationery, chairs and desk, fans. The senior employees have created a groupism where new comers are not welcome so easily, you will feel unwelcome. Most of staff is speaking vernacular language. You will find govt. offices more professional. The staff comes there to just eat their lunch and do their home chores like cutting vegetables to getting their clothes stitched from nearby tailors. Office boys duties are to buy groceries for this staff. They come there to plan their family holidays on expense of company. The sincere people are troubled by threatening them or playing politics.

If possible stay away from this unprofessional company.
