I joined company after knowing the brandname. There was no covid support as such as salaries were cut into half when most companies came up with slab systems. The company allowed work from home initially that time. Work culture is average.Employee welfare is the area where improvement is required. Management is yet to come up with policies matching current corporate times or like Mnc's. The company is purely result driven when compared to employee welfare policies.

Poor pay masters, No job security. Driven by people of a certain community only without employee friendly policies. Sudden lay offs happened although they are instigated by covid 19 led circumstances.Employee welfare policies not exist or need improvement. The company needs to improve a lot in terms of working, employee welfare, work culture, management-employee relationships like mnc's or corporate set ups of metro cities as the working environment is still not at par with mnc's or current Indian corporate set ups

... heard that wearing red colour cloths is not allowed. I mean how stupid is this. Guys I will personally suggest do not look at the salary they are offering as they will make your life miserable

Company handle covid situation very well & sustain employee job in covid time. Company never delayed salary date.

Company owners' family unnecessary interference in every department is major drawback, HOD have limited decision making power, every decision taken by company owner and his family. Treat employee like their housemaid, very unprofessional behavior towards employees. Unclear Communication & unplanned.

Overall good company gives us all the benifits like family insurance individuals insurance and all salary on time work life balance all good.

Dislikes

Company not give us expenses on time. They took the time like 5th 6 month to do that. So this is most worst thing about CMC

Founder has no vision. Big Lala company. This is what happens when an uneducated person starts business. Salaries are poor. They expect you to work like a slave. No HR policy. They will hire you to sell marbles and then expect you to sell everything under their portfolio. No incentive plan. They don’t reimburse for travel done for company meeting. Expect employees to pay from their pocket to do client meeting. Pls stay away from this company and don’t join. You will get frustrated and leave soon. They expect you to bring business from day 1 but nothing to give in incentive.
