Typical Marwadi company least bothered about the employee welfare. To save the PF amount they won't give you the standard basics salary. HRs work and favourable only to management. Only for name sake HRs will be there. They never listen or solve any problems raised by the employees

...y want to suffer and stop yourself from growth, this is the right place to join. -They will harrass you while paying your salary, -No value for accountants. -They ask you to work for their personal benefits and if you deny, they will target you. -They contradict with their policies and process of work, they put somethingon paper but in reality we need to obey what they say, -need to work against office ethics and morale. -Sales persons works against process, and if you don't obey sales persons orders, they all will collectively target you by making you a guilt by giving unnecessary works and portray as if you missed the target. -Specifically one short guy, who manipulates management by concealing facts and portray the guilty is us... Full domination. - Daily you need to sacrifice your inner peace.

You will be selected for one specific job but they puts you for a different role. - other than office work you have to work for their mistakes -forget personal life -forget hike, you should be lucky enough to get full salary. -they deduct salary without your knowledge and with a baseless reason. -poor culture.

Dislikes

The managers and staff in Pune are pathetic and not capable enough to teach a fresher or new employee. They lack communication skills and are poor at services. They are also selfish and no transparency in team goals. I strongly recommend not to suggest decent candidates as it may damage your reputation in future if the candidate is unhappy with the job.( Only for Pune location as per current situation.) Mumbai is good and as it is head office it's quite ethical.

Un realistic targets are given. There is always wall between lower level employees and higher management. Managers in between take advantage of this and they make other people as scapegoat if targets are not achieved.
