They will treat you a like uneducated people. Please don't go after finishing your graduation. You will face bad bosses.No one respect you. Actually, if you join as a trainee you are remote car for this company. They will operate like remote car. Everyone tell you to carry a material and deliver to the nearby plant. And they damage your skills, interest of learning, career. No esi, no pf for all trainee people. They will tell you. This is general shift. But, i am seriously telling. They did not allow you to home at correct time. I lost my happiness, mental health while working in this company.
