Classboat is the worst company one can imagine. No HR, no policies, no salary on time, no respect for employees. If you can sustain for at least 1 year, that's a very big deal. People who join this company are mentally harassed. No matter how much you do for this company, they don't value you. Small talk by responsible people. No fun activities, no tea breaks (Now they don't provide tea to employees) Officially Sunday is a holiday but no guarantee they will not call you on Sunday. This business is run by small brains. They force employees to give good reviews everywhere because they want to show themselves well.

Hi , I had my own start up and which got failed . I was bankrupt and could not run it through I and good customers - do you know why Because I kept on paying non perfomers and dumb people just in the fear that they will malign my image digitally as I see here some negative reviews about Classboat too But this company management has a very clear vision and mission , they don't get shaken by some dumb people reviews Non perfomers should get punished and fired else startups would go bankrupt like many I have seen huge respect by management here for people who are willing to learn, willing to progress , they will really help you grow like you are a family Stop using this a tool to write negative reviews about company where you have been fired for your perfomance Classboat is a great platform and happy to recommend those who are really willing to contribute in Start up acceleration journey

I am working in customer and students communication, I love my company classboat and people here, learning a lot everyday, Good payout if you work hard, punishment if you be lazy. I am more than happy here, Even in lockdown We are working hard for our clients as we love the company and want to make our clients successful.

The teamspirit of this company is comendable, they work day and night.. no matter what. And really helpful to everyone out here. I was working With this company for more than 1 year. And really appreciate team efforts they put on.
