There is no on time salary. It's official date for releasing salary is 15th of every month but sometimes you will get the salary 20th of the month or else get it in half. People sitting in higher position take the full advantage of their previlage. Sometimes you will find yourself struck into a slavery system. Also there is no proper equipments to fulfill your job's requirements perfectly.

The manager here in India thinks Covid is a gift of their God to certain religions.

Dislikes

.... Sacking people based on personal point of views. No dignity for women workers. One who compromised has been given a virtual post with no work but high pay. Since 2017 the management in India is being run by anti-social people. The management from Australia should intervene into this.

...agement is extremely partial and unfair. They prefer puppets and not real staff. In case of promotions and salary hikes, hard work is not required. All what is required is an amazing rapport with your manager and the country head manager rest can be taken care of by them. They do not require any reason to humiliate others, even farewel to the ataff is completely to their discretion. Management feels that they have done a big favour by hiring people and hence staff should only listen to them and firget about their own interests. I personally feel horrible about the company. Its time Australian management should peep in and take control, rather than leaving it to dictator.

The Manager Saan is a nasty roadside guy from Metiavuruz Kolkata. And his close acquaintances like Adeel Hosain, Rafik Mallik they have unethically captured the space, running the way they run their family. It's better to not work anywhere than working with these Unprofessionals.

The company has been summoned already for fidgeting with Provident Fund of employees. They will intimidate not to report against them.

I am working in Clarus Telecom as a senior Digital Marketing Executive for the Past 2 year. the best thing Like about this company is that it always Pays our Salaries on time.

Although you may be required to cope with additional work pressure more of then not, it is a good thing considering the fact that many business are downsizing and even closing down these days due to the securities projects.
