i have worked 8 months but never seen like this type of company before joining your salary package different and after joining different without any information 1 debited from salary for accommodation 2 salary date was not fixed 3 not hygiene for employs 4 no medical facility but ESI will be deducted 5 PF amount was deducted was not paying this type of anymore problems but nothing hapn.. I m not telling about overall Clarks but Clarks raipur very bad experience....

Clark's inn Hotel it was a good experience I was worked in 4 years as accounts executive

One thing i would like to tell about Clark's inn the salary was very low and national Holiday also not give to the staff

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Pathetic management, no job security, salary scale very poor, terrible politics,no work environment, pathetic work-life balance.They doesn't pay salary in full,long duty hours.No management.

Mostly Staff is non-technical,no training classes to learn New things,no career growth, salary is 6k or7k no proper appraisal, working hours More than 12hours, poor corporate management ...had worked last 3years but no growth in this group.

Totally Time wasting to work in this group.... No training classes...u will be blur whatever u Learned in past..if they are hiring non technical staff what about dgree holders or diploma holder...
