The company is open to innovation and easy embraces the latest technology and one of the important point is that my colleagues come from different cultural backgrounds, and we work collaboratively with happiness.

Working in Clarke Energy was initially good, but soon realised I was a misfit. In regards to supporting someone through COVID-19 lockdown, pre and post phases, well, it was a nightmare. When going gets good, everything is fine. But when comes some crisis period (like COVID-19), the crude faces od management shows up, Job Security is Zero, Work Culture is terrible, Management lacks Professionalism, Company Policies remained only bookish.

Teammates are all subject to suffering, do not remember of any training, whatever learnt is out of sheer grind, Job Security is Zero, no Career Growth, Salary/Appraisal is at times shocking, but at times moderately acceptable, Travels are mostly by Train except for the big bosses, who always take aerial routes, dirty politics through and through, only greasing of palm, regarding learning, no methodical way as such, learning through grind, Work Environment is moderate, but difficult to work at times with people who never went to school, Innovation is Zero, Work-Life Balance is sometimes within acceptable limits, sometimes awkward.

luxurious culture, No any work target, nothing to do with profit or loss, being employee for time pass or someone thinking for peaceful retirement, it is very good option.

Dislikes

Inefficient, incapable management. lack of project views. No any work profile for any one. Skill development is zero, carrier growth - no prospects. Freshers and scholars; experienced persons should not think about to join.
