Management only listens to buttering upper staff only. In my personal experience last 2 projects SDM bad review about myself relieve me immediately. 1 SDM takes personal he is non-technical and full buttering person. 2SDM listen to only his center employee who really not like me because I ask too many questions. 10% input and expecting 150% output and when consulted they are always super busy. Worst part is Company/HR not given me my last increment which I didn't accepted because of CORONA/ work load and rating issue.

1- saturday sunday off 2- On time salary always(1st of every month) 3-Leave policy 4- Learning opportunity through LMS program before start new project with new technology 5- Management support 6- PWFH(Permanent work from home)

1-Salary Hike (mostly less than 15 %) Note- whenever you accept offer letter. You have to sign 3 months agreement letter which they are taking casually. It doesn't effect anything so don't be afraid and accept offer letter.

from COVID, culture is getting worse day by day No timely appraisals Lot of politics No policies Anything can happen anytime
