Dislikes

...ommunication regarding pay. They keep on deducting TDS but fail to give form-16. They are always ready for penalties but never pay salary on time. It takes 50% of the salary to be credited after 3-4 months.

Since this company does not pay ever to Tutors, Its a terrible and bad company to work with and join. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING FOR THIS SCAMMER COMPANY.

Tutors do not get paid and the company expects full dedication from the Tutors to perform their duties for free, the company is a BIG SCAM.

1) Never pay on time (also the pay is negligible, to begin with) 2) Work culture is trash 3) They do shady stuff with the money you've rightfully earned on the platform. 4) The chat support is useless in resolving/ addressing your problems 5) They mentally harass you by always delaying payments. It's Diwali this month, and the gift we received from them was the news that they won't be able to pay us.

1) Salaries are not paid on time .We have to keep demanding our earnings. They keep extending the pay dates leaving us in uncertainty and turmoil. 2) 10percent TDS is deducted ,even if we don't come under the tax bracket .

PLatform is simple to operate, the learners are genuine and wonderful to interact with. Can manage schedule as per available free time..no interview they hire directly..instant work

... quick hiring process. But I did not understand it was a mess I got myself into. They do not believe in paying. They want volunteers for charity. No pay, no pay no pay. They do not pay.
