This is the first company i have seen where even the Founder has been blatantly lying to the tutors regarding the payment during the online meetings giving dates after dates of the disbursement of payments but nothing seems to happen. We tutors have worked so hard in the last couple of months and this company is holding back our payments since last two to four months. I personally have not been paid for the last two months. Its an absolute disgrace that the company makes you to beg for your own pay. Th customer service here is absolutely useless. I hope that the company disburses my pending payments.

...ommunication regarding pay. They keep on deducting TDS but fail to give form-16. They are always ready for penalties but never pay salary on time. It takes 50% of the salary to be credited after 3-4 months.

PLatform is simple to operate, the learners are genuine and wonderful to interact with. Can manage schedule as per available free time..no interview they hire directly..instant work

... quick hiring process. But I did not understand it was a mess I got myself into. They do not believe in paying. They want volunteers for charity. No pay, no pay no pay. They do not pay.

The students are nice, willing to learn and they love to have conversations.

They are the worst. They never pay their employees on time. Every month the payments are delayed. They are unprofessional and they keep employees money. Sometimes it takes more than 15 days for the payment to be credited. Join another platform. Their management sucks and chat support is useless.

Salaries on time. They send e-mails every month announcing that they will be a delay by 21 days. The founder and Managing Director Sameer Agrawal does not any Ethics or Morality. By declaring in advance, every month, that the salaries will be delayed by 21 days, he expects that the employees will very timidly, very meekly agree and submit themselves to exploitation and harrassment (regular delay is a definite harrasment). I am contemplating of complaining about this harrasment with The Department of Company Affairs, Government of India and with National Company Law Tribunal. I would request these regulatory bodies to carry out thorough scrutiny of the company and financial dealings, the payment defaults made by this company Clapingo Education Pvt Ltd in the past , employees harrasment and exploitation carried out in the past.
