I don't like anything here.

Dislikes

...ommunication regarding pay. They keep on deducting TDS but fail to give form-16. They are always ready for penalties but never pay salary on time. It takes 50% of the salary to be credited after 3-4 months.

PLatform is simple to operate, the learners are genuine and wonderful to interact with. Can manage schedule as per available free time..no interview they hire directly..instant work

Dislikes

... quick hiring process. But I did not understand it was a mess I got myself into. They do not believe in paying. They want volunteers for charity. No pay, no pay no pay. They do not pay.

The students are nice, willing to learn and they love to have conversations.

Dislikes

They are the worst. They never pay their employees on time. Every month the payments are delayed. They are unprofessional and they keep employees money. Sometimes it takes more than 15 days for the payment to be credited. Join another platform. Their management sucks and chat support is useless.

Never pays you , wastes your time , if you can go 3 months without pay then it is the best company to work with

Dislikes

Everything, no work ethics , they pay you peanuts and expect you to give your 200% , no increments , no benefits , they deduct your TDS but never pays you back your taxes , never gives form 16 to even claim your money

Since this company does not pay ever to Tutors, Its a terrible and bad company to work with and join. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING FOR THIS SCAMMER COMPANY.

Tutors do not get paid and the company expects full dedication from the Tutors to perform their duties for free, the company is a BIG SCAM.
