No job security, people trying cost cutting by cutting down entire team, you just get a call you are asked to leave saying we are downsizing due to budget issues, on first side some mentally challenged person would do such things by hiring when he doesn't has enough budget

1. Very less projects 2. They will put you in any random project irrespective of your skills 3. No support from management(Only client centric approach) 4. You will indirectly be threatened of termination

In this Company, Senior Managers and HR don't care about their employee. They always want to make their client happy even if they wish the employee availability for 16 to 20 hours and HR and management asks the employee to be available for the same number of hours. They don't listen anything from their own employee and most of the time HR will call and ask for the resignation over the same call forcefully. This is their normal practice to follow. There is no Job Security in this Company. The only good and positive thing about this company is.... HR/Company is flexible with work location along with Remote opportunities.

Dislikes

Forcefully resignation over call. No job security. No Hike and promotions. Buttering policy, HR and Management are expert in it. Join here only if you don't have any other option but keep on job searching and getting good offer before they asked you to resign.

After the acquisition from EXL, Company culture has been impacted a lot. It's becoming toxic. The constant pressure of work and micro-management is getting out of hand now.
