...amily whatsapp group, there is not any hierarchy system to run the organisation. very bad system to pay salary for there employees, not any job security and hostile environment for their employees which is doing well

There is nothing lo like about it nothing is functional ClaimBuddy is a fraud company makes fraud claims without customer knowing them also there is no funds to run business this is company is about to shut down also most of the employees are quitting there job and most of the email are not even graduate this company is run by bunch of illiterate people.

ClaimBuddy is a fraud company ,There is no proper operations, no business,No funds to pay there employee, if the insurance company know about claim processed by ClaimBuddy the case will be rejected, This is run by bunch of goons, also has crores of money in debt in each city , this company should be blacklisted .

They will kik you out without any proper reasons and any notice period . Hr is just papet in this company he didn't have weights to do anything. No promotion available you have to just work and work. Co-founder will abuse you if you will make little mistakes.

The work culture and the people are good The management support their employees and understand their problems. They give appraisal time to time depending on the performance of the employee in that particular time span.

Company policy is pathetic..They don't value employees and their personal life. Both founders are less experienced and have 0 management and leadership skills. They behave like a child.
