i am on off-roll in this company. E-mug pays salary on time have no issues with that. Work Security is good. Have fixed timing no need of OTs. Work and personal is balanced.

Dislikes

Work load on externals are great. Internal don't work like that. There is no learning like that. Core knowledge is missing. Job satisfaction is zero. Gets frustrated easily.

Work life balance, you get many holidays, work from home & mandatory leaves.

Dislikes

Work culture is not very good, things are not transparent. People do not trust management. Production, company revenue is going down and management doesn't know what to do. Do not want to improve product just want to fill their pockets.

I work with CLAAS in India, it's an amazing organization to work with. We believe in growing today. One gets some opportunities for recognition and growth. Worth life balance of good. Amazing colleagues and very supportive management.

Dislikes

Although it's in general a very good organization to work with. The only negative point I can quote is in terms of monetary growth due to moderate growth of agriculture sector in country, the monetary growth is not very fast paced.

CLAAS is good company with good working environment, you can upgrade your skills as well as good work life balance. Company follows the proper standards and procedures.

Canteen need a little up-gradation.

Because I have a lot of experience about the work,if you make team growing up you are doing well brother company we make you happy, what makes people's really realized in us because we are care about and keep kind consideration.
