Nohike,No Growth, everyear salary has to be hike but no hike ,properly travel allowance also not getting properly every month, and there is No promotions so i left the organisation.
Learning and skills developed as you get a chance to manage each and every thing, business collaboration, sales, territory management, marketing, KAM role as well, operations.
Salary after 7 days, less growth, no incentive structure

Amazing place for learning! Very poor at compensation. Benefits are pathetic in terms an employee can take more than two tea in a day. Travel allowance for car is worst which is Rs 5.40 per kms which is not revised in last 8 years however they decreased allowance for phone from 1200 to 600 and internet from 800 to 500.
Company is not constant with their plans. Management live for their short term goals.
They prepared me really well, I learnt a lot but retention is pathetic in CL. It's doesn't function like a corporate at all.
