...Family culture are observed. Mostly high post was captured by the Family member. VPP was added in the Salary bracket, which was deducted from your salary without any reason

Nothing much to dislike, Company was working over developing the work culture, But can't able to manage. Mostly employees are leave organisation in 2 Years. employees are not much motivated to remain in the organisation

Work-life balance is good, management is also supportive and respects your hard work and efforts. Further, the company is improvising its policies to be more employee-friendly

VPP Policy is a part of the CTC of the employee, it deducts from the employee's salary and gets released on a quarterly basis.

Worst of worst company to work with. There is no job security at all and even no compensation and benefits and enough politics to spoil genuine employees career.

Teammates are good and helpful but there is too much politics also at the name of salary they just give a lollipop. Full of Chamchagiri.
