Politics Job security and appraisals will not be there if you do not be a slave Despite there is an open door policy. The managers wont allow you to reach leadership. And will mark you down. Development team is pressurized to work after office hours and even on weekends Despite mentioning wfh and good work culture. The middle management is not willing to adjust to provide a flexible working hours.

Below par salary increments compared to market standards Limited options of career growth for few verticals

Civica was very good company before acquired by Blackstone, Good Culture, work satisfaction.

Dislikes

After Blackstone, Civica has started layoff for betterment of the client and cost cutting. Civica is facing bad time as of now.

Likes

Flexible working hours and manager's behavior is too good towards team and also no sir - madam culture which is cherry on top and every one is equal. Company give allowance if you need to visit for few days and they gives good hotel and transport.

Dislikes

Salary hike is the issue, promotion is very difficult although you are working hard. Also Recently company did huge layoff although they gave 3 Months paid garden leave but lot of people lost their job. After the acquired by Blackstone it became little problematic.

Existing people are good and supportive and the policies are good, including leave policies.

Dislikes

...butcher's knife running everywhere. Not sure what is the criteria used for this. But looks like it is salary which is affecting. Those who are getting more salary irrespective of their skills or utility they are removed.
