Makepositive is one such company and rather than finding flaws, we should be focusing on what's happening right. And if you find anything which is not right, just fix it. Owner and team leader are all welcoming and accepting but one in first few months. They try to keep friendly environment by organising get together from time to time.

Dislikes

Growth is nil and compensation is more than taken away from you in the name of salary justification. Owner has major trust issues with his employees. And leader there is often too lazy or afraid to discuss anything with employees. I will never suggest anyone to waste any time with them as they are pretty happy and satisfied with themselves and will treat you like a outsider after some time.
