Good working environment and culture. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..If talking about Teammates they are fully supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

No company in the world is just perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (technology, adding office spaces, formalising procedures etc) that comes along with any growing company. Makepositive is one such company and rather than finding flaws, we should be focusing on what's happening right. And if you find anything which is not right, just fix it. That mindset will definitely be appreciated.

Owner and team leader are all welcoming and accepting but one in first few months. They try to keep friendly environment by organising get together from time to time.

Dislikes

Growth is nil and compensation is more than taken away from you in the name of salary justification. Owner has major trust issues with his employees. And leader there is often too lazy or afraid to discuss anything with employees. I will never suggest anyone to waste any time with them as they are pretty happy and satisfied with themselves and will treat you like a outsider after some time.

...u will get all the support from your seniors. The management is very supportive. People who are hardworking are getting timely salary and attractive incentive in Sales Division.

Nothing remain constant at the moment of joining they're saying something and after that entire things got changed. there's no job security. especially the HR Manager there's a female girl she's very dictatorship attitude. only wastage of your time to join this company.

The worst real estate company ever worked with . Pathetic people working in that company . They doesn’t even know how to behave with others . No cooperation nothing. The person can’t even seeks help . Please 🙏🏻 never join this company on your life . It’s my humble request to all .
