superiors do not value individuals talent and is unwilling to develop talent, no refresher courses to shop floor management and managers value their sole training and do not appreciate technology as a source of communication

Likes

the company job security as a priority and offers continuous professional development programs and workshops.I also enjoy team work as most of the audits assignments that we undertake are done as per team work. There are also growth prospects and employee advancements as those who have educationally developed themselves may rise to senior levels.

Dislikes

politics has been contributing negatively to the success and achievement of organisational goals.The management may be aligned to the ruling party whilst the council may be dominated by opposition political party.This stifles operations hence deteriorating working environment and service delivery
