If you are good at the task you are assigned, and are ok with their odd salary structures. Then its the most secure job. You wont be thrown out unless you do something really wrong.

Dislikes

Fixed appraisal, or no appraisal. Everyone mostly gets fixed % increment. No medical cover. There are no set rules for CL / ML etc. you get ML after completing 1 year. You need to make a lot of people happy, work is secondary, shoe licking and work showoff more.

There is Nothing to like about City Montessori School.

There is no working strategy, they are only there to please Parents, Extra burden on Staff, Salary is also not very fair part of job, This is a Contractual job not a Permanent job. Principal's are very rude in behaviour. None of staff is helpful.

1. Burdens of event & programs. 2. Burdens of works which is not related to core field. 3. Responsible for each & every thing happened in school campus.

WORST WORK CULTURE .. POOR IN ALL ASPECTS . NO WORK LIFE BALANCE . ONLY DISHONEST PEOPLE SUCCEED HERE . THE HONEST ONES NEVER GET FAIR CHANCES OR PROMOTIONS
