Working under 6 principals(3 management body+ 2 management favourite + 1 actual principal) is always pathetic.....every one demands some work(which will not be associated with your subject) from you everyday ...you'll not understand whom to respond.....

Very lengthy schedule No quality life Multiple descision maker Many Sunday duties without overtime payment Rude principal and cordinator and few management person No food tea facilities for teachers Less quality life teacher 8 period Target Sometimes favours to the flattering person No rule, change according to sichuation Working like labour and yuddha No insurance No gratuity rule Asking 16 and giving 10

Not much. for 6 hours work they provides only token money. difficult to sirvive with that little amount.

Dislikes

There is not overall discipline. so much crowed in classes. Principal behavier was very rude with teachers as well as with students.
