It all depends on the person to whom u are reporting to. Operation heads are good and supportive. ownership keeps changing and new ownership doesn't care what what you have done to the company all the whilst. In this busy the top-level mgmt are busy securing their seats. Hr is another useless dept.

Hi It's a good experience to work in citizens hospital. But one thing I would like to share less human resources and heavy work. Less payments also. But very skilled and good doctors r there.
