New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...earching for the job that please don't join this bank else you will be in trap . You will not get your salary complete. They will deduct according to their wish and will make you your like a animal. Totally waste . Govt. Should take strict action against these cooperative societies who are playing a foul game with customers and employees. Totally monopoly.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Do not work in this organisation the Management is sloppy. No intentions to grow and develop.

Dislikes

Worst working culture, the employees who work they only get dumped with all the work others enjoy. Unqualified department heads a bcom graduate is managing MBAs. KRA is not set at the start of the year on what is expected it's done at the end and everyone gets 100% achievement. Nutting is organised. NO SOP is place anyone does anything.
