- Good exposure to clients, even for junior team members - Could get a chance early to do leadership activities like project management, audits, stakeholder management etc. - If you want to go onsite(US), this is a good company for that - Supports post grad courses that you can do at their reimbursement on weekends - Certifications are reimbursed - HR usually have some activities planned, if that's your jam - Still in WFH mode in early 2022, which is good and company had arranged vaccination for employees and family

...ts, which are useless most of the time - Too dependent on just one market (US) - Compensation is lower for existing employees, as per 2021-22 standards

No work-life balance. They will make us work for 10 -12 hrs a day. we can see a lot of partiality and managers are egoistic. Job security is nill, you can be out of the project anytime. No option for skill development and even though you have an opportunity to upskill yourself so called egoistic manager will never allow you.

...t of politics in company, Company don’t care about employee’s work life balance. Extra working hours but you will not pay for that. Very bad appraisal, even if you work hard, you will not get good appraisal

They will ask you to join immediately but they don't have any projects. They will keep you on bench and after 90 days they will ask you to go home, no job security at all. Too much politics if you have friend in any project then only you will get the opportunity to work otherwise they will reject you without proper reason.
