Appreciation deserves: 1. HR dept: Induction and onboarding is smooth 2. IT dept is progressing day by day, they are always on their toes to resolve the queries. 2. Cafeteria: Food is good for most of the times. Cash, UPI, Sodexo are accepted. 3. Security: Always there for any help 4. Infrastructure: progress can be seen gradually network range in any corner is good. Malicious websites are blocked. Secured line is provided for project activities. 5. Housekeeping: Desks are clean & tidy. Empty cups and bottles are collected in every time interval.

6 Sigma organisation?! 1. Finance dept is PATHETIC and IGNORANT, there are always issues for many employees for proper salary release at end of the month 2. Finance is never reachable, they won't sort any issue till reminded 2-3 times unless cc to their Managers or higher authorities. 3. For every petty issues/queries related to finance, you are required to raise ticket and wait (forever) after receiving automated acknowledgement. (My longest wait time for raised ticket was 8 months, but now they've identified the problem and wait time is reduced to 4-5 months✌️) Best Place to work?! 4. Most of the managers are their baised. They will give rating of 4.75 - 5 and adjust the data to support the justification for their favorites or to someone who had not cross questioned them. 5. This company is always in loss or out of budget during appraisal seasons. Hence the compensation is not upto the mark or market standards despite the work you've done for whole year. Healthcare pvt ltd? No, it's actually Healthcare SERVICE pvt ltd. Blunders: 6. Least diversity in business. Their major chunk of service/project is catered to USA, hence earning of the company is heavily dependent on one country. 7. "3 by 10" vision: Company leaders favourite quote "There will never be recession in healthcare and allied industries, hence jobs are safe & secure". They've fired 250+ employees in latest quarter. 8. No mental healthcare of employees just one online yoga class, employees always have the mental agony of job security/compensation.

As per my experience and designation my compensation offered by company is very low compared to other companies from same industry. Even if you score good rating in appraisal your compensation will be the same as of employees who have lower rating than you.

...t of politics in company, Company don’t care about employee’s work life balance. Extra working hours but you will not pay for that. Very bad appraisal, even if you work hard, you will not get good appraisal
