Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDs and directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.
Very professional about leave policy and work life balance.

There haven’t been appraisals even equivalent to the inflation rate. No tangible benefits apart from pay. Cost cutting continue and impact a lot of things.
