Totally unhealthy and toxic culture Treat new resources like slave and garbage Every weekend you would get assigned some work unless you would not be eligible for annual bonus You cannot take leave if you are taking leave it would impact your year end appraisal and annual bonus HR department functioning like without brain. Your line manager is all in all regarding taking all the decision.

Citi has multiple initiatives to help employee skill themselves, also it provides good compensation to right candidate who is at right place at right time.

Dislikes

It's advantage of having options for employees to skill themselves remains a distant fruit to most of starting or mid level workforce as most of those spend maximum of their time and overtime working/supporting daily application. Have got the same feedback from most of people. So after spending some 3-5 years with organization there is high probability that you would feel lagging behind your other friends working in similar organization and would feel difficult to switch.

Nothing. The company especially the Bengaluru Location is like a Milk production Diary and the employees are the livestock. Once they are milked enough then they are sent out for Slaughter.

Dislikes

Everything. They hire you at a very high package, in fact way more than current market trends so that you don't get employed elsewhere after you join Citi. Then the work culture, management, pathetic bosses, layoffs and always uncertainty makes it so difficult to survive. Eventually you succumb or go with the flow to lose your mental balance.

Leaves and salary compensation.

Dislikes

Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

...ty. Also, too much workload, pressure conditions to work, politics and favorism. People only stay in such org as they have Emi to pay. Other similar banks are way better.
