Career growth totally depends on your manager, my manager left the organisation and new manager did not consider previous accomplishments at work, had to leave for career growth

The technology is cutting-edge and you are constantly learning new things. Good Bonus Leave and Public holidays are many

Even if we work for more than 12 hours per day, they will still demand more. People who are their favorites are given preferential treatment, and no skill sets are considered when giving them promotions and appraisals. There is no work life balance Weekends are also screwed as you are expected to be available to work whenever manager calls

Likes

Good pay for that kind of work. Great work life balance in some teams.

Dislikes

Mundane job, not much scope for learning new stuff as most of the work involves maintaining the systems with ancient tech stacks.
