Career growth totally depends on your manager, my manager left the organisation and new manager did not consider previous accomplishments at work, had to leave for career growth

Salary hikes, worklife balance, friendly people and staff except some seniors from your department.

Dislikes

Seniors are not helpful and Losing Job as new boss is from another bank and wants to bring in his whole team

As you want to join Citi with good brand name and salary benefits. It's a good company to work with. As like all other companies it also has politics and business environment.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

...le. The organization itself is a boon for those who wants to grow. Package wise. They pay u well and even more than you expect. Looking forward to associate again in future. Never will one get an organization like Citi.

Internal Politics. That there everywhere. But those doesn't bother you at all if u don't give a room for those

Citi has multiple initiatives to help employee skill themselves, also it provides good compensation to right candidate who is at right place at right time.

Dislikes

It's advantage of having options for employees to skill themselves remains a distant fruit to most of starting or mid level workforce as most of those spend maximum of their time and overtime working/supporting daily application. Have got the same feedback from most of people. So after spending some 3-5 years with organization there is high probability that you would feel lagging behind your other friends working in similar organization and would feel difficult to switch.
