from last 2 year there is lots of politics overall citi uses very old tech. If you wanna bring anything new there are lots of obstacles and politics. Promotion halted, layoff happening. We have senior developers who can't open vim or work with basic python. So overall everything from work to culture to tech to the job satisfaction is going downhill very fast. As soon as market opens, attrition rate would be really high and the good employers would be first to leave.
No good projects, no job security. If you're joining TTS department then please don't join Citi, they're still working on old technologies, bad politics and favoratism are the things here.
