Good compensation during joining . Insurance benefits. Office infrastructure. Most of the uDemy courses are freely available to citi employees.

Dislikes

You will be working on mostly Old technologies which are outdated in market. Very difficult to move to other team . Either you work in current team or leave company. Technically you wont learn much . There are trainings organized but you will not be able to join as you will not have time . Increments are very less. Your work life balance depends on your manager and team. No onsite opportunities at all.

Pay is average, other than that from culture to work to tech everything has gone way bad.

Dislikes

from last 2 year there is lots of politics overall citi uses very old tech. If you wanna bring anything new there are lots of obstacles and politics. Promotion halted, layoff happening. We have senior developers who can't open vim or work with basic python. So overall everything from work to culture to tech to the job satisfaction is going downhill very fast. As soon as market opens, attrition rate would be really high and the good employers would be first to leave.

Salary is at a decent level among other banks. They are organizing sports at big level also.

Dislikes

Job is completely insecure. Manager monopoly is there. Faverirosum is at peek in my project. No action will be taken if we raise a voice to HR and other channels for escalation. Nowadays Citi is not recommended to join.

...he team is suffering from wlb i guess specially in PBWM other departments idk. I dont recommend someone to join it unless you just want salary

1. Not so dynamic environment 2. Company culture is terrible. 3. No time for upskilling. 4. People like to stay online till 11-12 am at night. Its normal in citi. 5. No knowledge transfer. Even people are in system since decade, they behave like they dont know the system. 6. No team meetings.
