Like many organizations, internal politics can be an issue. On the positive side, employees enjoy substantial leave benefits and best payscale comparing peer companies

No job security .your job will loss any time .no proper analysis for layoff .

It's not too good or not too bad to work here but very good for female employees as regular and frequent promotions happen for no reason due to CEOs diversity policy. Much better than any organisation for females.

Salary and promotions are not good here for older employees.

Work culture, senior management is not strong..very biased..long working hours ..no scope for hardworking and honest employee.. politics at the top

They won't treat old employees with respect and pay. You have to always push for promotion. Dirty politics by those people who don't have any idea regarding process and operations. Nothing will be done to retain employees.

Working culture is fine but honestly only manager expect to sit long hours without even appreciation and even though you do it no promotion expectations

No salary hike and no promotion expectations even though you give more than 100%
