Nothing. The company especially the Bengaluru Location is like a Milk production Diary and the employees are the livestock. Once they are milked enough then they are sent out for Slaughter.

Dislikes

Everything. They hire you at a very high package, in fact way more than current market trends so that you don't get employed elsewhere after you join Citi. Then the work culture, management, pathetic bosses, layoffs and always uncertainty makes it so difficult to survive. Eventually you succumb or go with the flow to lose your mental balance.

No work life balance, 12-15 hourse of work and management expect more. Third class autocratic management. No job Securities at all. You are the best performer if speak a lot and praise management, doesn't matter you work or not. No learning opportunities.

Citi is a stingy company where experience matters more than knowledge. They'll have people with a lot of experience sitting as AVP and VP judging candidates who do more than them at any given day. The culture is not right.
