Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

When they want you to hire, they will provide you with more package or whatever you want....but once they decided project or work going to complete...then ur in hell situation and they show you their real faces...

Management have no vision and they don't bother about you... My sincere suggestion, please skip CITI from your options.

...t promoted. Somehow Citi does not really consider your seniority and experience. If they can slow you down in role and lesser pay, they will do that. You have to fight about it and be a chaatu to your boss to move ahead.

With in team very less communication & no openness in between senior management & team members, work pressure is ver much high , working in very aggressive mode

Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.
