1. really lazy and incompetent SVP in this firm , they need to improve the communication skills, conflict management and even leading people 2. A lot of politics and some people who are near and dear to managers will not even work on anything and just sitting idle all the time ..

Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.

When they want you to hire, they will provide you with more package or whatever you want....but once they decided project or work going to complete...then ur in hell situation and they show you their real faces...

Management have no vision and they don't bother about you... My sincere suggestion, please skip CITI from your options.

Company has did the layoffs 5000 plus employees illegal way 2023 and giving more pressure to employees ask them leave worst and unacceptable behavior of management not recommended to anyone to join
