I was in third party payroll under Calibhr Business Support Pvt Ltd. It's a good opportunity for the freshers to get experienced.

Dislikes

There was a big difference between the salary which was offered and the salary which I used to get. Working for 8-10 hours and getting Rs 2000-3000 is better to do other jobs. Even I tried to contact the recruiter but he didn't responsed in the beginning later he blocked my number from whatsapp as well.

Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.

When they want you to hire, they will provide you with more package or whatever you want....but once they decided project or work going to complete...then ur in hell situation and they show you their real faces...

Management have no vision and they don't bother about you... My sincere suggestion, please skip CITI from your options.

...t promoted. Somehow Citi does not really consider your seniority and experience. If they can slow you down in role and lesser pay, they will do that. You have to fight about it and be a chaatu to your boss to move ahead.
