It's policies and procedures are simple to understand and follow us makes it employee friendly company where work like balance is always balance and teammates are respected. It is very in it's in-house grown system and process in IT. Appraisal and incentives are on time. I will credit all the success of Citec to Mr Nasir Mulani.
